$8 standard US shipping. Delivery timing shown at checkout.

Orders are packed and handed to the carrier on business days. You get a tracking number by email when the parcel is scanned. If tracking has not moved in seven days, write to us and we will either chase it or replace it.

We ship to addresses in the United States only for now.

30-day returns on unopened items.

Unopened means the seal and packaging are intact. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept opened skincare back. If an item arrives damaged or is not what the page described, tell us within 30 days and we will make it right at our cost, opened or not.

Refunds go back to the original payment method once the return is received.

Product photography on this site is digitally created or digitally enhanced for presentation. The images show the product type, its finish and its scale. They are not photographs of the individual unit that ships to you, and small differences in colour, packaging and print are normal.

We do not publish customer reviews, star ratings or testimonials that we did not receive from a real verified buyer. At the time of writing we have none, so the site shows none.

GOLD-01 is a cosmetic serum. The only claims we make for it are that it hydrates, softens, illuminates and leaves a luxurious glow. We do not claim that it treats, prevents or cures any condition, and we do not make anti aging, wrinkle removal or skin lightening claims.

It does not repair fabric, and we do not claim that it is safe on all fabrics, that it restores items to new, that it is snag-proof or damage-free, or that results are permanent or guaranteed.

It is not a medical or treatment device, and we do not claim lifting, contouring, sculpting, depuffing, wrinkle reduction, tightening, circulation, lymphatic drainage, or any treatment or medical benefit.

AuraPod 5 is a set of five empty refillable 5 ml spray atomizers. We do not promise leak-proof or spill-proof performance, universal compatibility with every bottle, or airline or TSA approval, and fragrance and luxury-brand bottles are not included.
